Recipe suggestionIngredients
1 diced potato 1 diced carrot 50g chopped green beans 1 chopped onion 200g diced chicken, beef or tofu 50g crushed roasted peanuts (optional) 250ml can coconut milk/cream 250 ml water 1 sachet Vissot curry paste Directions Stir-fry meat and onions, combine with one curry sachet and all the other ingredients in a pot. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Serve hot with rice. Serves 5 |
